I won't comment on the rest of your post - I doubt if most people have the brains to work such complicated systems -

I probably baulk at the word 'revenge' ----- because I think it infers revenge on the country you are now in -
but, it sure grows violent tendencies and if it does promote revenge - then, it certainly would promote revenge on 'life' ------ what life has dished out to you
maybe the last straw that a place you considered 'developed' and a potential safe haven treats you like a criminal and like shit -
so, you turn violent or crack up mentally - final straw thing
no way IMO should people who have committed no crimes be in jail or jail like holding - it's just plain inhuman
