''It's incidents like that which prompt the Coalition to sack their leaders. Taylor's reticence may be an early sign that Dutton's time as Opposition Leader may be coming to an end.''
maybe, who knows?
unless the coalition wins the next election or the Libs do very very very well under dutto - AND he's still in the gig at the time -
dud's departure is a given when - not if.
Does it matter when? I don't know. I doubt if it matters before the election, nor after, unless he leads them to victory.
Why don't I think it matters? Well, if dud gets replaced before the election - then, they'll get someone else - maybe Taylor, maybe not. But, nothing will win them the election at all -
the election will be Labor's to lose if it's to be lost.
If dud gets to the election as leader and they lose - then, he'll probably be out walking Ralph a lot within a week of election night. And we'll get the next dud.
not a bad thing - Ralph probably likes walks a lot - even out with dud
