Agreed, but you know what - in the absence of an independent valuation (which agree is a must normally) then why isn't the existing 5% sale at minimum the precedent of the valuation for the other 40%?
Only explanation is a shafting and Gangfeng capitalising on Leo's (their business partner's) situation.
This can only be a huge warning to anyone wanting to do business with Gangfeng. If they didn't want this perception, ponying up that bit extra equivalent to the existing 5% sale (which is almost certainly still well below actual value) would have been much wiser and more ethical.
