The 10 baggers are no more!! However those I am still in touch with are voting to get rid of the Chinese Directors and the un-democratic clauses in the Zeus constitution. If you have shares you should have received your voting form, if not go onto the Boardroom web site and download a copy.
The ex 10 baggers with shares are voting as follows;
- For resolutions 1-7 (these recommend removing the existing board and replacing with Alvin and Hugh - and to eliminate clause 13.11 which protects ZIMC -
- For resolution 9 -to eliminate clause 13.12.-which protects Vast honour.
- Against resolution 8 - the one to boot off Robert Marusco
