its only a great business possibly for those abo e a certain le e;l of mental health ,,wouldnt you think a bank might be required take somones mental health into account before in any way transacting for them,especially if they know person is on pension on mental grounds, but it seems they are'nt such that a person of poor mental healths money can be doomed at cba.totally and ery quickly..
