    Here is the deal in terms of the retail "mob" throwing money or other wise of this stock.

    It has a business model but the application in the real world is questionable.

    It is now in limbo land.

    "Serious" money to invest in this stock has dried up.

    It is going to go sideways around these levels unless the management can produce finance/contracts/specific timelines etc.

    DETAIL.

    Board/management performance to date has been diabolical/sloppy.
