Not sure how long you have been holding EXR, but in the last 4 years I have had to adapt to NY's use of wording in communcating timing. And that has often helped managing my expectations

Imminently = in the next two weeks
Very soon = in the next month
A month or so = 6 to 8 weeks
Short term = in the next 6m to 1 year
Mid term = in the next 3-5 years
Long term = in the next 5-10 years

They will come out with an update once everything is locked in, contracts signed and schedules locked in. I assume contracts have been inked or about to be inked, then it is a puzzle to line up all the involved parties on site in the same period.

It will be all gravy baby.
