If anyone is getting into rare earth or LYC long term then a few cents here or there is of little consequence. Trying to save a cent on the purchase may end up in buying later at a much higher price. The same fluctuations that occur now are the same ones that have followed us from the very bottom and will be the same ones with us in a years time.
