This is the most amateurish situation i can recall...
One side making wild accusations and the other countering with inaccuracies, claims and counter claims, vague explanations of "we said this but we meant that" and suggestions of collusion or whatever. It sounds like a little lovers quarrel gone viral.
Neither side has come even close to making any valid argument
Then you have a CEO that clearly has failed versus a guy who runs a minor division and hasn't achieved anything of note other than being the son of one of the big players.
