All they announced that was relevant was a project update on 19th Feb, and then they notified the market, on the 28th Mar, that the public hearing for the EIA was held.
That, apparently, “held up the price” and outweighed “the key milestones not being achieved during Q1”.
Now I’ve heard it all!!!!!
