Volume has dropped right off, suggesting we are finding a base at or around this current level - a big positive for shareholders vs the usual erratic nature of stocks trading post re-listing after knocking on VA's deathly door for close to a year
Market cap @ this level is around $30m, a far better proposition than what VA had in store for holders and what the likes of Stig and other doomsdayers on this forum had been hoping for
You'd imagine those cheap shares given to both sophs + insiders won't be seeing the light of the day until a significantly higher level than what it is currently trading at. I can't see a situation in which they would've been given to anyone other than those with sticky hands post listing to give this the best opportunity to climb as high as possible

The big kicker here and will likely remain so for some time is the recovery of the misappropriated funds under the prior BOD. The recovery of those funds is not priced into the current market cap, as it shouldn't be given the tentative nature of the investigation.
If any of the remaining funds are recovered, it'll ensure reduced dilution going forward coupled with a stronger bottom line, allowing for a push north in share price for holders.
