Sure didn't see that coming. There's got to be more to it. Maybe PB will be spending more time in SA and there is a need for someone else to see over operations here in Aus. Or does this new guy have more experience in getting a mine to production. Anyones guess.
But just the fact someone is coming in and no one is leaving tells me they are possibly gearing up.
