As the classic phrase goes, retail investors only have 5% of the picture. IMO none of the moves in recent weeks point to a dastardly entity desperately pouring clay and pool chemicals into a bathtub, and hoping for something to "one up" a fellow REE penny stock for a few weeks. Something is cooking here.
