Why would it?
IMO the AVZ fiasco was all about sovereign risk & the potential price you pay for dealings with the African's, I dont think its a reflection of the new CEO and/or his abilities.
As others have alluded to time will tell, but with only a short cash run way I hope they have a solid plan other wise a CR will be required unfortunately.
