Firstly you need to make the effort @Wayne72. Many disgruntled shareholders won’t even bother. Those that believe in the placement would normally vote but their participation prevents them from doing so. Then you are left with the majority who haven’t taken up their placement offer and don’t want to suffer the dilution. I’d say the odds are pretty good. That’s just my personal views.
