I'm no chartist and I only look at them as a secondary input in price points but .... it sure looks like $4.95 looms as a short term target (also for my chart a Fib 1.68 level .... coincides with last top for resistance and a prior bottom for support. IMO opinion thats a good place for VUL to settle for a while, as FW & Co get the financing and partnering sorted (and the small raise for additional equity).
Is it worth poking the bears (tempting though isn''t it) ... let them nurse their wounds ...
