I think the only way shareholders are going to recover any money is with a shareholder lawsuit against certain directors. Where did the money actually go? It is worth repeating from another thread:

Did we ever have the mine? Seriously, where is the evidence that an entity controlled by FFX ever purchased a controlling interest in the Malian company that actually owns and runs the mine.?
