Circle back to the top. I stated "To my knowledge, no lithium developer/producer has ever secured a debt deal or pre-paid offtake equivalent to twice their market cap." You then asked "didn't VUL land a $826m loan"? And I correctly answered no, but for obvious reasons, you weren't happy with that answer so you're now trying to move the goalposts from "landed a loan" to "progressing a deal".
The bottom line is that VUL haven't secured anything of the sort, and my initial statement remains correct.
