..people sold today out of panic....jumped too early imo..cant remember clearly how SEA went redomiciling ..much the same situation..but do recall the SP jumped around into the finish
..they aren't hurting the chances at this stage of parties buying up cheaply to vote through the resolution.
..logic tells you aligned parties have room to pay a lot more than the current SP to get the deal done..
