I'll be honest, unless when they brought the MGP they already gained these expansion projects in FEED, both of these would need several yrs of engineering first.
The cynic in me is wondering if this is preparation for major turnarounds next yr on the two GTs, they haven't shut TPS down for an extended period (>2 wks) since they've had it and I'm sceptical the previous owners outlaid major Capex once they'd decided to sell it, so I imagine they're looking at $8-14m each turnarounds somewhere in the future.
