I think it's disgusting that management are using OUR MONEY to pay people to call shareholders to try and swing the vote their way to try to protect their jobs... This is management and the Directors displaying total self-interest at the expense of shareholders...
It's legal, but it's totally unethical and it's yet another example of why they need to go!!
