your projects are likely dead in UAE as you have no funding and are unlikely to get funding without DFC. UAE funding would come with serious terms! It’s not free lol.
LPD needs to pivot to US to better their chance of receiving full funding for both upstream and downstream
might even be all non dilutive debt funding. What shareholders want don’t they? UAE will likely have a large dilutive portion if it eventuates! Oh well don’t say I didn’t warn you!
