Yeh a bit more would of been nice and strange they didnt get it all at once.
I got a feeling owners of property are happy to delay payment and do woteva they are doing with the land, until we actually need the land.
No point buying somin and paying interest for it until you actually need it - I would be delaying that for as long as possibleWe already know its a done deal. Could even offer a bit extra, cheaper.
Not sure why rveryones been bangin on about payment being delayed - thenlonger the better.
