I think the additional info we want, if available, is the actual parcels that make up the 19.8mil shares @ 3c.
I know poster "downside" has access to that info. You can actually see the broker buying/selling the parcel and where the parcel is in the queue.
If its a prop, you often see it getting purged as it get close to the fill. Or the bid/ask amount is changed.
