The lenders are actual sophisticated investors-
not the mums and dads or bloke down the pub who gets a letter from his accountant to qualify.
These guys are putting their reputations on the line and we can be sure that they have gone over AUC with a fine tooth comb.
Dundee is aware that AUC may easily come into play as a takeover target and want the juicy fruit for themselves so adding some more without having to stump up for an actual T/O- that may come when there is further derisking.
A big thumbs up for this method of raising funds.
