We're not poles apart here just slight differences...the deficit currently doesn't exist as it doesn't currently for copper but future demand forecasts aren't as opaque as some would have...the problem with your Balama scenario is simply exposure. Under your scenario let's say hypothetically a flood hits the mine then the WHOLE world ex-China grinds to a halt ..all the new multi billion dollar investments simply won't let that happen
