French pork with cheese sauce:
Fry four pork steaks or eight pork chops with the following:
A cup diced onion.
A few knobs of butter.
½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
A piece of Rosemary.
For the sauce bring to a simmer the following:
1.5 cups cream.
¾ camembert.
And some of the following:
½ cup parmesan or goats cheese.
¼ dozen cloves garlic.
A few pieces of orange peel.
A few pieces of chopped parsley.
½ dozen anchovies.
A few splashes brandy.
A few splashes soy.
½ teaspoon prepared mustard.
