@Dickkyboy maybe you saw the Nextstellis confusion numbers before I did. Previous to February, they had reported cycles achieved and then changed to demand numbers in February and now IQVIA cycles. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it is due to the new leadership in WH. Either way, I am now less confident in predicting what the growth rate of Nextstellis is. I assume that demand numbers refers to pharmacy orders which is a forward looking number where as IQVIA collects cycles dispensed by pharmacies but the CEO has said previously that they're an incomplete set of numbers as not all pharmacies are counted.
I still trust that management are not trying to deceive by publishing the April number, if this is the game they are playing, they will be found out.
I agree that the market reaction is due to flat numbers in Feb and March but I also think that the Nextstellis growth story is not broken and today is an opportunity for believers.
