if I am reading this announcement correctly then SMD075 went below the (interpreted) load, TGRC111 went above (too shallow) and TGRC141 terminated too early.
TGRC 141 could mean the strike is closed to the east or the load could be turning sharp north/east - PENP004 certainly could be pointing to that - unless PENP004 is the north-eastern edge of the zone.

Or (probably best if true) this is vertical orebody and TGRC 109 and 1110 are the western boundary while PENP004, TGA078, TGRC082 and TGRC087 are the eastern boundary.
Either way the planned hole should hit something if drilled at correct angle.
