Kruiser frustrating I know,however, the Director has been quoted as saying end of October early November on when they expect to get Port Allocation. The only logical reason to me is why CAZ sold 51% of Winamar was purely on Parker being bigger than first thought, otherwise there was no logical reason for them to sell it.
