Honestly the board might recommend this TO, but seriously they aint going to sell out when gnx is about to kick a massive goal.

Also put yourselves in their shoes. The company is tied up with J Power as a partner and large shareholder it wouldnt be good for their professional relationship if they didnt recommend the TO. They basically have based on the 'premium' to the SP.

Personally i dont think we are getting bought out and this will be just a piece of GNX history later this year.

I agree with your thoughts. there has been 142m shares (10% of SOI) traded since Friday 12th April where the price has been fairly steadily trading in a half cent range. so I do think someone is taking a blocking stake or alternatively a counter offer
