GUARANTEED comes from the fact that Duncan is presenting to the PESA Luncheon in Brisbane on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 12:15pm. When you look at the Presentation Abstract you can see that he will be discussing the preliminary field development plan (the same thing that would have been discussed in Cuba the other day). Ergo, they will need to publish the presentation prior to 12:15 on 16/5.
