So what’s the best guess here? They already have an offer in total of AU$120m ( incl royalty).
I would be happy with $150m upfront by 31 May. Pay out 85%. That’s 67 cent distribution to shareholders. We still then have remaining market cap of MTC with the Canada asset and a cash backing of 12 cents a share.
