Like you said, it could be right on the edge or
could be just in, nobody has scaled the coordinates accurately on a map. A few VMM holders have a rep on downramping other REE stocks, including the one that should be valued at $1bil - sell at your own peril.
As I mentioned in a previous post, the sample size of holes drilled outside of the circumference is not enough to make an informed decision on whether grades are lower or not.
With results due out soon, we can put all the speculation to rest. We should also have an update on the Coda drilling program this week too.
