Hot on the heels of CNOOC/GNPC's $5 BILLION CASH bid for Kosmos' Ghanain assets (incl a 23.49% stake in Jubilee 1.8b barrel field) Total SA have inked a deal with Yam's Petroleum to acquire a 60% interest in CI-100

Haven't been able to find the consideration paid, so the parties look to have kept the finer details confidential
