One thing i know: you don't push The Court Judge or we may end up second best.
You best ask "mode1971" he can explain to you the reasons we may not have grounds to get the trial date prior we get rejected, we have to wait and let nsw government make a move then it's up to Minister Ed Husić, if we get rejected then we'll get heard by High Court Judge or even higher instance.
Mode1971 explained it few times here but you must've missed it. Either retrace his posts or ask him nicely to explain legal ways how we can go about it.
