On 1 - do you think that's a realistic timeframe for comissioning to already have taken place? Am not a mining guy so have no idea aside from the comp for plant #2
On 2 - have read a few of your posts referring to the 1bn THB facility. Are you referring to that number based on the estimated funding need from your liquidity fc or is it an actual facility (and size) that management have guided to raising?
