Correct the 100%+ SP will have to be maintained to get the Oppies in exercised in full. Thise Oppies would represent only 12ish% dilution. However, that would bring in an extra $23M+, for $30M raised in total. Some folk here may not have fully thought the figures through.
A No to oppies vote looks so much like a spitful nose job to me.
