acceptance is the first step mate... you need to come to terms with the fact this deal isn't going anywhere and that Sayona would most likely be poking the ground with a stick at Authier had they not partnered with Piedmont.
Not going through this again.. just accept the facts and move on. If the board got overthrown (laughable IMO) the deal would still be inked for life.. so you can keep bashing your head against the same brick wall but nothing is going to change..
