The imposition of these tariffs will only be a temporary measure, I'd say less then a year. This amendment will j help greatly in creating a balance between supply and demand, where producers can still economically produce, manufacturers can manufacture with a healthy operating margin and a fair market price for consumers can be offered on EV's
