Very positive announcement. The huge plus is we have S32 as a partner who is able to fully execute any plan to mine without delay. As I have mentioned in previous posts, if this is a commercial mine 2 options in my opinion, AQD is bought out, or the asset will be spun off, and AQD shareholders get cash or S32 Shares.

There is no other way that the main shareholders are able to exit in normal trading. Top 20 own 50% so tightly held. Also of note its announced before assay results, that has to be another positive sign.
