Nevada silver resource company #SS1 $SS1 debuts today. The IPO, which raised $13m at 20 cents/share for ~52% of the company, was managed by little known Perth broker Wagtail Capital who will bank $0.83m of this in fees and was also fortunate to have participated in the Aug 23 raising by subscribing for 12.6m shares at 0.1 cent (worth ~$2.6m 9 months later). Another $4.7m will go to the project vendor. I also note that S3 Consortium (aka Stocks Digital) features in the Top 20 for the provision of $375,000 of IR services. Look like a real ripper for some folks. Lets hope the $250k of metallurgical testwork goes well!
