We've already achieved maximum exposure. This company has been in the limelight since 2018... we aren't going to see an increased SP by merely being in the news. We need higher uSPG prices, higher natural graphite demand, more Chinese graphite tariffs and a shit load of government support. As an investor I am happy with the budget outcome but as a tax payer, not so much. There are definitely better investments than RNU, which is currently an economically undesirable (if not unviable) project (uSPG is less than half the price used in the DFS) and the furthest thing away from a comparatively advantaged industry for Australia (we have high labour, construction and energy costs). Synthetic graphite is not only cheaper but also widely considered superior in quality to natural graphite in anode applications.

My points is this... There is a reason this stock is 11.5c and not 50c, taper your expectations and speculation. Yes the budget outcome is good, but we still need more to turn this boat around. It's hard to see uSPG prices ever making a recovery to the DFS level, hence the pivot to boosting upstream operations. And I imagine we will double down on this pivot if we are to get this thing up and running in our life times.
