Your letter has swayed me.
It is now clear the whole board, including the recently appointed directors Ms Holzberger and Ms Palmer, are:
1. supportive of torching my hard earned money
2. paying themselves handsomly to do so; and
3. believe it is OK to not pay me
My vote had followed the STAM recommendations but it is clear Ms Holzberger and Ms Palmer are part of the problem.
My updated vote, numbering close to 1,000,000 shares as of today, now includes a vote against their election.
