I'd hope you're joking but sadly I realise you're not. Smart money is those who can assess the situation on it's merits, not based on a companies marketing announcements i.e presentations. If you study enough of these things, you'll see shorts load up time and again before raises ... often their game is to sell short and then cover the short with stock from a placement.
Fwiw, i'm dumb money, what separates me from most is I'm smart enough to realise that I'm dumb, most people are so dumb they actually think they're smart
