Expecting a business update following the end of FY24

Tyro has increased its merchant pricing effective 1st May 2024

As a user of the Tyro merchant facilities I can personally confirm fees for us have trippled for the 1st half of this month.

Whilst this is great news for shareholders which I am one, its terrible for business and ultimately consumers who will absorb the new costs.

A quick shop around and I've secured a better finacial institution who has come back with a competitive deal tailored for the business.

Unfortunately Tyro has not been accommodating with customised pricing as kindly requested.

Expecting a bump in Tyro profit guidance 1st 1/2 2025 followed by a decline in active merchants 2nd 1/2

Bye bye Tyro for my business but holding shares for the time being.
