Our assets are in Brazil and US. I would expect the bulk of the taxes are paid to the Brazil and US governments.
Just because KAR are headquartered in Australia and listed on ASX, doesn't mean we pay meaningful taxes to the ATO. If we don't pay meaningful taxes to the ATO, we would be reliant on franking credits on profits past.
I am not a lawyer, or a tax person, so open to ideas.
