At least one of the reasons Locke have waited this long to say if they are putting up the cash is AVZ will not have to bother to tell market what terms they agreed too.....
A secured rather large holding of AVZ would be on the cards and not disclosed to market...
They win thir cases Locke win big and AVZ LOSE(or more likely run out of cash again) AND THE ASSETS will go to Locke for the highest bidder without any fuss....
