I largely agree with you, but what on earth does that have to do with my statement that LAAC went from first production to 50% nameplate in six months? We weren't discussing budgets, or things "essentially never going to plan". We were discussing what can be achieved from a ramp-up timeline perspective, and I provided a clear example of a peer who is objectively ramping up far more efficiently/successfully than AGY.
