Cameco tried and failed just on the end of the five year renewal time. If they tried again since then and failed good on them for at least trying.
Sticking your hand up and saying it's not worth trying because others have failed is a cop out. Every potential mine will have it's differences and there for reasons good or bad will be different.
If they keep advertising in announcements the MS1051 looks a chance then expect circular discussion. And that circular discussion puts pressure on RH to do something about it whether you believe so or not.
